How do I cancel an order?

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Once submitted we do not allow changes to your order.

How do I correct my shipping address?

Please email sales@thelanacole.com within 1 hour with the correct information, if possible I will correct the order and contact you. If you paid through PayPal, orders will be shipped to the preferred address given on PayPal account. Please include the order number and forwarded copy of confirmation email.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Processing Time

As we are a small business (team of one) please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
